Suggest Remedy For Painful Cramps During Intercourse After Episiotomy
Hello my name is Johnnice Denzmore. I have a son who recently turned 1 on may 31st. I had an episiotomy while giving birth. Around 11 months postpartum Intercourse became hard and painful. I was told it was because i have scarred tissue. I have horrible cramps to where i cant even stand up right. I was told to use personal lubricant but after i was bleeding. It s not a menstrual cycle because i was on DEPO. I m confused on why I m alwayd in pain and how i can make Intercourse less of a burden.

Any wound when it heals leads to scar. This scar is nothing but fibrous tissue which is not stretchable, first time as you do you wil definetly feel pain and you feel decrease in intensity of pain as it repeats .This episiotomy suture is placed outside. internal organs will be normal. So nothing to worry.
