Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my wrist hurts when i bend it backwards. i don t notice any inflammation or swelling but the joint feels slightly more stiff. I have No numbness in my fingers or arm and there does not appear to be any severe pain caused by finger motion. i have recently spent much time typing and writing for my studies. I am wondering whether i simply stretched my wrist (overexertion) or whether i should see if it is a more serious issue for example tendinitis, or carpal tunnel.
