Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Wrist And Hand
ok, so i play clarinet in band and i went to a musical festical monday and played all day! well now my right wrist/hand is bothering me. it right near the thumb. it pops alot and hurts to stretch out. it also hurts to lift objects with my hand and put force on it sometimes. any idea what it is? and how to make it feel better? i cant go to the doctor until next week
