I have a painful right hip, it feels like it is bruised and is tender to touch and lie on, it s worse today as I ve been for a run, it s been getting worse over a few months. I haven t hurt it but I do often carry my 14 month old son and only ever on this side, this could be making it worse?
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are having pain in right hip. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You need to do x rays and MRI of hip joint to further investigate the cause. It may be muscular pain , trace elements , vitamin etc. are helpful. You can get your Vitamin D3 tested and if it is low then it can be supplemented. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
