Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Hand With Limited Mobility Post Injury From A Fall

I fell off a hammock back in February. They took x-rays of my rt. thumb and palm. Said it was probably just a sprain. I can t believe a sprain last 6 months. The pain is waking me up at night, and I have limited mobility. I can t even twist off lids anymore. Should I recommend seeing a specialist? Also don t know if this is any relation. But my veins on my hands are very bulging. Maybe it could be arthritis? Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks.
