hi Dr Samuel ,my name is Rick,i m 43 years old , i have pain on the left testy and sometimes i can feel a little pain on the right side too,at the moment on the left side feels like a little infection pain, the pain is there but not very painful ,it has been like that for 4 or 5 months now ,the pain can be there and then it subside,sometime i feels like i had a stitch on both side i notice it is more frequent in the winter than in the summer, cause i had this pain keep back and gone for many years now.and the other night when i got up to the toilet i had to make a little effort to get the urine out i felt burning sensation when it passed through but that was the only time it happen.A few times i felt a little bit dizzy ,my eye site is getting worse, i just bit worries this time the pain stay little bit longer since April.
