So for the last two day I ve been having a Coming and going painful pinching feeling under my left shoulder blade that s made it extremely painful to breath and the only way to be able to breathe properly was to bend over with my back slightly bent until the pain subsided and afterwards my left arm well go numb is this a pinched nerve problem
