Suggest Remedy For Pain In Head And Blurred Vision After Head Injury

Okay , so about 3 days ago I ended up tripping and smashing my head off a nail not the sharp side but it still left a small cut which I did not notice until I had a friend look at it .. Sunday night I think or Monday morning .. Regardless it has hurt constantly since then I don t feel like myself i ve been sleeping more than I usually would , my vision is blurred , I feel weak and the pain actually seems to be getting worse daily. It is very sensitive when touched , also my eye is now bloodshot on the side of my head that I hit(right) ? Should I go to the hospital ? or am I just paranoid ?
