Suggest Remedy For Pain In Foot Due To Falling Multiple Times
Hi,
I have fallin on my foot twice yesterday, August 14, 2010 and to day also . the first time i fell, i was walking on a curb, my foot want sideways. my top part of my foot when to touch the concrete, wile the bottom of my foot (the part i walk on) was facing up to they sky half way. The third time i fell was when i was standing on a chair to get something, the chair was a bot 2 and a half feet off the ground. I was unstable and i fell off the chair and landing in the same position that i did the day before. it really hurts right now. after a few hour of trying to walk it off yesterday.. it stopped hurting, now it hurts really bad!
