hello my name is robert and like 3 months ago i was doing track as a sport, toward the end of my seson i got pain on both ankles and it was in the front of them, the pain continud to grow everyrtime i ran so i stopd running, the pain left but them came back and so i was sent to the orthopedic office to get tie up ankle braces....i wear them and theres no pain, but once i take them off a couple of hours later they start to hurt......when i feel into my left ankle i feel a bumo underneath the tendon....what do i do
