Suggest Remedy For Pain Behind Ears And Throat

My husband has pain behind his ear and in his throat. He has taken zyrtec, a decongestant, an antibiotic, and a nasal spray. Nothing has given him any relief. He has had this for over a year. To tolerate the pain, he is taking ibuprofen 3-4 times a day, but this doesn t help sometimes. We are desperate for some help, but are not willing to pay for a doctors response when we really don t know that the answer is coming from a REAL doctor.

Hello
Pain behind the ear as you said may be due to mastoiditis. Is there any discharge from the ear?
I think if there is pain so much so that it requires frequent painkiller, you should have a visit to a doc/ ent.
But sorry to say having confidence in your doc is very necessary to have a good treatment and cure. Being so anxious and negative about docs will do nothing good to you.
Best of health.....
