i had a cytoscopy 4 days ago, the uro used a flex scope, i had one 15 years earler, and it was not that painful, i am 56 now and was having more problems with bph and wanted the scope to check things. i have had two previous laser surgeries to open prostate area. now i am having pain in tip of penis when i start to have erections, i assume my urethra is irritated and this should subside. everything was working well before cysto, good erections, and ejaculations. i hope this will heal up soon. should it subside soon, i was on bactrim before procedure and am still on bactrim now, so i dont think any infection possible. i am waiting for urine culture soon just to double check.
