Suggest Remedy For Pain After Hip Injury

I had a hip injury a few years ago. It has not bothered me for a while but occasionally my hip will just start popping in and out of socket. It can become extremely painful and send shooting pains down into my leg and foot. As a 19 year old, how can I prevent this and continue living my active life?

Hello,

Careful treading is the only possible way to manage the condition and to get out of the pain that may be presented after the hip comes out of its socket. Be careful, that is the only alternative. Therefore, I suggest consulting an orthopedist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
