Please answer my question as its emergency for my girl friend and she doesn't have insurance.

My girl friend is epileptic and takes medicine for this. She had some viral infection 10 days ago some breathing problem and cough and soured throat. She has been having real trouble with this infection and got very weak. yesterday she woke up with her nose bleeding and got big blisters on her figures and all over her back. She also fell down because of the weakness and injured her face.
Please can you help me understand what could have caused it because if it was her medicine, she has been taking these medicine for many months and this condition never happened before.
Please help us and give some advice because right now she is feeling very weak and can not lay on her back because of the blisters/ boils.
