Suggest Remedy For Nausea And Vomiting

I have been throwing up for three days off and on all day. I have a severe headache and just feel miserable. I should not be pregnant; I had a tubal ligation almost 5 years ago. I haven t been drinking or taking any meds and I haven t had any kind of accident. I have tried eating a little as well as drinking juice but all it seems to do is agitate my stomach even more. I have tried sleeping it off but that s not working either as I just can t seem to sleep because I get very nauseous and start throwing up or my stomach is just feeling queasy and I just feel drained and can t move.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of throwing up and have nausea for three days, not pregnant as tubes are ligated 5 years ago, no medication, no other symptoms.
The most probable causes are:
Gastritis,
Stress and or anxiety.
Mild gastroenteritis without much of symptoms.
GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux disease.
I would advise you the following:
Start a PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid get 3 hourly and
Domperidone
- If the is no relief you need the tests of stool, blood, Upper GI endoscopy to get the proper diagnosis and then plan a proper additional treatment.
- Consul;t then a Gastroenterologist for proper clinical evaluation and management.
