I have been diagnosed with chronic heartburn and im use to having it. It causes me to burp constantly. But lately about the past week ive been feeling lightheaded and dizzy, short of breathe, just alittle nausea. What can it be? My vision messes up sometimes can it be me not wearing my prescribed glasses?

Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
What is your age? Any history of diabetes or hypertension ? Which medications you are taking right now?
As far as light headedness and nausea are concerned we have to look for its causes like any loose stools with vomiting? Any history of skipped meal? Any history of drug overdosage? It may occur in exacerbation of gastric ulcer too. Is there any history of black stools?
In my opinion You should take Omeprazole 40mg before breakfast along with motilium tab before meals three times daily. You need to be assessed by your doctor for proper management...
