Suggest Remedy For Narrowing Of Stool

I have been experiencing a significant narrowing of stool. There is no bleeding and stool is not black or atypically dark. I have had a significant change in my diet. Far more fruits and veggies, reduction in simple carbs and very limited process foods.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read your history and understood your concerns.
You have significant narrowing of stool since you have changed over to another form of diet. You have no other symptoms hence your problem is related to the black stool or pain in abdomen or anal region.
I think you should revert back to your normal usual diet.
Consult a general surgeon for clinical evaluation, per- rectal and proctoscopy examination to rule out any polyp, stricture or mass. And act according to his opinion.
I find this answer helpful
