I have problems with my spine, it's narrow in places, between should blades just happened over the last year or 2 , and just recently the bottom of my back is getting really sore, worse at night as can't move and feel it stiffing up any idea what this could be, could it be the discs narrowing and giving me more narrow discs , the pain clinic say that nothing to worry about but I've had it for 20+years, had injections, I also get told it's wear and tear but is it , won't give my stronger painkillers cause I have 2 kids , please help , thanks
