Suggest Remedy For Minor Burns On The Face From Paint Thinner Explosion

My husband had a can of mineral salts and or paint thinner explode in his face he has minor burns to his skin around his eyes is there any sort of cream that is best to put on He doesn t go to the doctor or want, so anything you could give me in the way of an answer would be so helpful.

It is just a superficial burn and nothing much to worry about it.

As a first line management, you can apply silverex ointment after cleaning with soap and water.
