Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain Melasma is commonly due to hormonal imbalances and it is seen commonly after
pregnancy while it can be also be seen otherwise also due to hormonal causes and as the marks are getting returned during periods it is due to changes in hormonal levels..
The topical creams that you are using like Demelan that is a depigmenting cream containing
Kojic acid,
glycolic acid and arbutin is appropriate and will help in
depigmentation..
On the other hand Coverderm is a concealer and it will help in hiding dark spots but cannot remove them..
You can also apply creams containing
Vitamin E and C.
You can also exfoliate your skin twice a week.
You should limit sun exposure and apply a sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
Drink plenty of water as it helps in maintaining skin turgour and brings shine..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
