Suggest Remedy For Lump On Tongue, Sore Throat And Swollen Roof Of Mouth

I have a lump on the back left of my tongue for over a year. The roof of my mouth swells up if I try to eat and I m constantly suffering for sore throat. I now have a cough and can t stay awake for more than 4 hrs. All I want to do is sleep. I m a smoker. God that sounds terrible. I m really scared....

I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
In my opinion you need to be seen by ENT surgeon so that you can be properly managed. stay calm , there is need to use the antibiotics, along with the anti allergic medicines. saline gargles daily would be very beneficial in this setting.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
