Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain And Infection After Uterus Perforation

Had a uterus perforation last year February during a D and C lost 2 ltrs of blood the scar was about 3cm or so. But till now lm still having pains and infections on my lower abdominal and l haven t have my normal period yet. Will l be better one day

I really appreciate your concern, it is long being gone since the uterus was perforated and this is nothing to worry right now pain might not be due to this, but still it is advisable to get done the sonography just to rule out the possibility, else this is nothing to worry pain may be nonspecific, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
