Hi,

The reason of your low appetite may be due to your disease, itself, as TB generally causes loss of appetite. However, after some time, with the effectiveness of your treatment, the symptoms of disease become less and your appetite improves accordingly.

Also, some of the common side effects of anti-tubercular drugs are loss of appetite, apart from nausea, flushing. However, these are self limiting and subside themselves after some time, restoring your appetite to normal and even increased in some cases.

Similarly, some joint pains & body aches may also be seen with use of Forecox. These are also usually self limiting and do not require any treatment. Though, any addition of a newer medicine, must be under guidance of your doctor. Still, Pan-D does not seem to cause any interaction with Forecox, but as a rule, Forecox must be taken at least 1 hour before meals or any other medicine including pan-D.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
