Suggest Remedy For Little Bumps On Elbow

Over the summer I tubed. Like water tubing. And my elbows would chafe on the fabric, wearing down the skin there. The areas on my elbows that wore down scabed over. But on one elbow, little bumps appeared. They only take as much space as about a dime, but the look gross. What are they and what can I do?

Hi,

Welcome to HCM..

I deeply feel that most probably it may be phrynoderma. You consult dermatologist and have firm diagnosis.

Vitamin A deficiency lead to such skin problem. After complete diagnosis by dermatologist vitamin cap may be taken for long time in proper dose. Salicylic acid and benzoic acid oint like whitefields not may be applied on the lesion till good result is achieved.. Hope this would help..

Thanks.
