Suggest Remedy For Large Knots On Butt Crack
I have a very large knot in side my butt crack, close to my butt hole but that close, it is the size of a maybe 2 walnuts and is red much larger than that, the pain is very bad but has no head or any signs of puss or anything of that nature, the pain is also running up my lip on the same side! Please help

tuberous xanthoma presents as large knot like lesion over buttock, knee and ankle.
you need to serum lipid profile done. Histopathology will confirm the diagnosis.
surgical excision is done to remove the lesion.
