Suggest Remedy For Itchy Redness On Scalp Caused By Psoriasis
Hello Doctors. I have a psoriasis in my scalp. Its very itching and redness keep forming. I have consulted two doctors. One doctor has told me Sebowash Shampoo is good. I tried and its stops from itching, but i believe medical proven by all doctors that Kertyol PSO Shampoo is the best shampoo for Psoriasis. Can you tell me the difference between the two and which one should be used.

Both shampoos can be used for scalp psoriasis. Sebowash shampoo contains fluocinolone while Kertyol PSO contains coal tar and salicylic acid. You can try flucinolone first as it is useful in mild cases and it's a milder preparation. Kertyol PSO may be used if you do not respond to Sebowash. Regards
