Suggest Remedy For Itching Under The Ear And Rash On Neck

I began itching under my ear a couple of days ago, almost felt like bug bites, the next day i had a red rash on my neck, by that night i had white little dots inside my ear, the day after that i had tiny little dots on my chin, now they have spread to my other ear.

I really appreciate your concern, chances of herpes infection need to be ruled out, else this could be some kind of allergic infection, insect bite could be the reason condition can be treated with "Diphenhydramine lotion" in all the skin lesion this demands the clinical observation for right diagnosis, take care, have a nice day.
