Hello dear user!
Welcome and thank you to HCM!

The symptoms you are describing above make me think about allergic conjuctivitis.
This is a condition where the thin tissue of the eye is affected by the chemicals of make up and the inflammation of it has occurred. Sometimes a bacterial infection may be nested too.

I would suggest you to clean and avoid make up for several days.
- Take Tobradex (tobramycin + dexamethasone) eye drops 4 to 6 times a day.
- Natural tears may be used as you need to lubricate the eye.

I hope you will be fine soon.
Take care and all the best!
DR ERIOL.
