General & Family Physician 's  Response
I appreciate your concern. With your history it suggests that you are having diabetes, hypertension. From how long you are suffering from these diseases are not mentioned in your history. Recently you are feeling very hot in your hands and feet and this could be possibly due to Diabetic Neuropathy. Diabetic Neuropathy is one of the long term consequences of diabetes.
My advice is consult your treating physician, check your blood sugar level, HBA1c level. Take Pyridoxine supplements under guidance of your physician.
Have a proper diet plan with the help of your physician and nutritionist, do not skip your medicines, drinks lots of water and consume low salt diet.
Perform mild exercises and Yoga. This will keep you fresh and energetic.
