Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It might be hemorrhoid, but for confirmation, you have to get the clinical examination done. You do not have the history of bleeding so the chances of hemorrhoid are very less.
It can be inflammatory condition of rectum (Proctitis), it can be fissure, it can be rectum prolapse and other changes (depends upon the age and gender which is not given here).
Such conditions can not be assumed but it has to be confirmed clinically for better management and cure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
