Suggest Remedy For Heart Burn When On Lowplat Plus, Spiromide And Mapril

Dear Doctor, My Mother is heart patient.. she feels heart burn. and she takes medicine lowplat plus 75mg, Elantan long 50mg, Carsel 50mg, Spiromide 20mg, Mapril 2.5 mg, Xtor 40mg, Angilingual S/L.. but in mornind dose she takes lowplat,, spiromide, and mapril. but after taking medicine, heart burn is ok but she feels pain in heart. please guide us what wrong with this medicine ?

I really appreciate your concern, to rule out the cardiac pain (Angina ) she need to be put on cardiac monitoring and some time may need, stress test, ECHO and coronary angiography, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
