My poops is hard and pebble like. Bloody and very painful. Have to manually extract. Drink about a gallon of water every day. Eat fiber, fruit and vegetables. Meds I take are for hypothyroidism, cholesterol, blood pressure, anti depressant, muscle relaxer, cold and flu med, stool softener, probiotic and pain. I have ibs, gerd, hemorrhoid and fibromyalgia. I move around a lot too.
