Suggest Remedy For Hard Painful Lump Near Vagina

I HAVE A HARD LUMP BETWEEN MY VAGINA AND RIGHT THIGH ON THE FOLD THAT HAS GROWN IN SIZE AND IS QUITE PAINFUL. i PIERCED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND ONLY BLOOD CAME OUT. ALOT OF BLOOD, NO PUS, NO ODOR BUT IT HURTS! SIZE OF A NICKEL. HAD IT FOR 2 TO 3 WEEKS NOW AND IS NOT GOING AWAY DESPITE HOME TREATMENTS.
