Suggest Remedy For Hard And Sore Swelling Around The Legs Post Accident

three months ago I had an accident causing a heomatoma on the back of one of my legs. The swelling (very hard lump) seen by the doctor has not totally gone away. Tonight it is very sore and the swelling which is hard is still the same but around that area my leg is swollen a softer swelling if that makes sence it is quite sore.
