I'm a 36 yr old mother of 3. My youngest is 3 years old and I'm a stay at home mom. I've been taking 20 mgs of adderall xr for approx 4 years for inattentive ADHD subtype 1. It's hard to swallow, even water. I do force myself to eat and drink, but not as much as should be. I've stopped drinking a fifth and a half of vodka a day recently and am now down to 1.5 litres or less of wine throughout the day. I plan on lessening that. I've been taking hair nails and skin vitamins as well as fish oil supplements and my hair is still falling out. Not in chunks, but in a year I can now see my scalp. I'm exhausted all the time (but is it due to kids?) and I've been losing teeth over the past few years. They break off at the gum line. A dentist told me to use the softest bristles and apply virtually no pressure. Yesterday I chipped 2 teeth eating lasagna. I have to see my PCP soon to get an rx refill. I will tell him everything I've told y'all. What can I expect or even ask for? I'm so tired all the time. I want to eat but it makes me vomit. I've been gaining weight, even though I barely eat and have cut my drinking. ive had bowel issues for some time now. Diarrhea , constipation, gas, and take ranitidine 2 pills daily in the a.m. My sister has Crohn's and brother IBD. 1 kidney bc I'm a living donor. My Fallopian tubes were removed after my last pregnancy as I had internal bleeding and needed multiple transfusions. I've had 2 c-sections, a VBAC, nephrectomy, and I believe it's called salpingectomy. Am on no meds except the adderall and vitamins and ranitidine. Any advice? Please?
