Due to marketing business, you may be taking food outside which may cause problems. I think your suffering from food allergy or infection or gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome et cetera.
Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking, and caffeinated drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Also, use tablet Nirmaxin twice a day for five days. Avoid dairy products and gluten food.
If symptoms not improved, consult your gastroenterologist, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
