Hello,

Years-long problem with dribbling and leaking indicate a possible issue with underlying neurology of spinal area, pelvis, bladder musculature or urethral sphincter, systemic issue of diabetes or else should also be evaluated.

A thorough clinical examination, uroflowmetry, CT scan with IVP with kidney function tests are mandatory to proceed ahead for this case to proceed as it is a complex issue for diagnostic and management figure management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
