Suggest Remedy For Foul Body Odour

At work I notice a weird funky smell coming from me. It smells like a mixture of sweat and fish. I think it is coming from my testacles and anus. It happens every day and whatever I try to do to keep myself clean it eventually comes up again. Ive tried anti bacterial soap and cleaning myself on lunch breaks, takeing 2 showers a day and washing my clothes regularly but nothing seems to help. Ive been to the doctor and consulted friends and it seems like nobody else notices it. What should I do?
