I have corn in the sole of my left foot below the thumb. For it`s removal, I got it operated once on 29.01.14 & 2nd time on 10/03/14. 1st time it was not stitched. 2nd time it was stitched. But again I feel, the wound is healed but con has formed again. because it is paining when walking or standing or pressing.What it permanent solution,

1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream twice daily on it. 3. Apply a salicylic acid plus lactic acid lotion like Salactin paint on affected region once at night. 4. Other treatment options are oral vitamin A, levamisole and cauterization done by a dermatologist.
