Suggest Remedy For Fluttering Sensation On Chest

I have a fluttering in my chest non stop for about 24 hours and it takes my breath away along with a cough. i have high blood pressure and pre- diabetic, well maybe by now i am fully. I have had fluttering before but never all day long. Should I worry? Iam 50years old and female.

Fluttering in the chest is a sensation of feeling ones own heart beat, known as palpitations. A lot of times its related to stress/anxiety, intake of caffeine/alcohol or heavy fatty meals etc.
In your case it is accompanied with breathlessness and a cough, hence it should not be ignored.
I would suggest a quick visit to your physician, who can do an ECG/ECHO for the heart and check your blood pressure/sugar levels.
