hello, i m experiencing flu like symptoms for the past 5 days, started first with sneezing then morphed into stuffiness and nasal congestion,... now i have lower back pain, fatigue, soar throat and headache. where i was traveling, i was told about a mosquito that causes these types of symptoms,... but i m not sure if this is a just a normal flu or something else,... i did take cold showers for three days where the weather was cold outside, because there was no hot water and one of the people i was lodging with had a cold,... so too many questions but bottom line i m relatively a healthy person and i don t typically suffer this long from a cold or flu like symptoms. any guidance you can give, i d appreciate
