Hi I am a 27yr old female in desprate need of advice.I have several things bothering me at present, i don t won t to bombard you but feels to me like my issues are all linked. So i ll just list them and hopefully you can help in some way. My hair has become very dry and stringy, my scalp is flaking badly have little lumps on hairline back of neck, strange wax build up in and out of earlobe(daily) pimples on face almost boil like with puss that can turn into firm lumps and scar. Have itchy skin at times when scratched little red dots appear. Have had Brown mole like spots pop up on shoulders, neck, sides of upper body, arms and legs they seem to change sometimes raised then other times are flat. My legs have got what i can only describe as small crater like indents on them and looks to me as though my skin has lost colouring. I also feel bloated, tired alot and have put on weight. I in general don t feel fit n healthy.
