General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. In my view you are suffering with sunstroke or heatstroke a condition caused by prolong exposure to sun or hot/humid climate. I recommend you to seek a medical help immediately. Till then do not panic, keep yourself in a cool well ventilated place. Wear lose clothing to let your body sweat, to help bring down your body temperature. And most important re hydrate yourself even if you are not thirsty. Drink a lot of fluids[try drinking fluids at room temperature rather than cold] let it be water, fruit juices, oral re hydration drinks from pharmacy or sports drinks. If you are not able to take fluids orally than intravenous method have to be used. Hope my answer helps you. Thank you.
