Suggest Remedy For Eye Twitching

my eye has been twitching for two weeks now, and i am desperate. I have been getting a lot of sleep, not getting stressed out(except for by the eye problem) my vision is fine and i try not to sit in the computer/TV a lot. I have also been taking Valerian root extract. I don't know what to do. I cant talk to people because its really embarrassing to talk to someone when your eye is jerking. please help. is there any sense going to a doctor? what kind of doctor? are there pills that can help this?

Hello
Welcome to health care magic.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having twitching of eyelids.
The common causes for this are stress, deficiency of essential vitamins and nutrients, excessive intake of caffeine containing drinks....
Hence look for any of the predisposing factors. You need to consult neurologist for neurological evaluation if the condition is not responding to rule out facial spasms or tics....

Thank you
