Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. These are known side effects of Losartan and if there is no improvement after some time, you should consider switching to another antihypertensive medicines. There is no specific treatment for such side effect unfortunately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein
