Hello. I often eat instant noodles although I've been eating them moderately because I'm worried about the harmful effects. However, for the past 2 months, my hair has been falling rather rapidly - to the extent, whereby my hair is now extremely thin. I am very worried. How can my hair grow thicker and is there any medicines whereby a doctor can prescribe me so that my hair will grow back? Thank you.
