Suggest Remedy For Enlarged, Painful Papillae During Pregnancy

Almost 19 weeks pregnant and have had enlarged papillae on tongue, only becoming painful today. Had red patches, sore tongue several weeks ago and treated with nystatin successfully...or so I thought...? No patches now, just a few enlarged, painful papillae.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Enlarged painful papillae on tongue is most probably due to vitamin B deficiency. I would suggest you to consult an ENT specialist and get properly examined to rule out any other pathology.
Do take multivitamins.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
