Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

I have gone through your history and understand your concern,

First of all good bowel habits should be maintained as constipated stool can aggravate the condition.

Glycerine suppository should be used in difficult voiding and shield ointment should be applied before and after defecation.

Seitz bath with chlorhexidine or betadine should be taken for 30 minute each day. Even after applying these remedies for few weeks your symptoms persist then you should consult a surgeon for its proper examination and management.

Thank you.
