Suggest Remedy For Dizziness, Chesty Cough And Ear Infection

I have a chesty cough also ear infection and tonsillitis and since yesterday I have started feeling dizzy and have been sick due to constant coughing I have antibiotics which aren t helping and am also asmatic what could the dizzyness be it feels like the room is spinning when sitting or laying down

you are having asthmatic bronchitis, have to take bronchodialater like solbutamol and ezythrocin 500mg you can take for threedays. take bronchcodyl syrup for threedays. go for warm saline gurgling. hydration be mantained. can take antihistaminic like levocetrizine 5mg daily.
