Hi thanks for asking question.
First get her blood pressure measurement to rule out
hypertension.
Because of hypertension yes it could be mild stroke like attack as speech was also slurred. If hypertension is present it should be treated with anti
hypertensive medication.Meanwhile advise her to take low salt diet.Regular exercise also helpful.CT scan also found to be helpful in investigating case.
Measure your serum lipid estimation also.As
hyperlipidemia also has to be treated with statin like drug in stroke.
Advise her to take enough rest and low lipid diet with avoidance of alcohol.
Sometime these dizziness might not be stroke if no hypertension and If fever present with
neck rigidity and headache meningitis also has to be ruled by physical examination and if needed by further work up like CSF analysis and MRI.
If
abdominal pain also present then vomitting like symptoms may be because of gastric problem or hepatitis like infection.Ultrasound examination of abdomen done for it with serum liver profile.
I hope my suggestion will be helpful for you as preliminary approach in your case.Wish you good health
